What to Expect

Thank you for choosing Coastal Massage & Bodywork for your health and relaxation needs. Please be mindful of the following policies that are drawn for your comfort and enjoyment. Thank you for your cooperation and patronage.

Appointments

We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. However, we encourage you to check with us, as we may be able to accommodate you on short notice. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment. Credit cards or gift certificates will be debited according to our cancellation policy.

Cell Phones and Conversation

To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful environment of Coastal Massage & Bodywork, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.

Children Not Permitted

For the protection and safety of your child and to ensure a pleasant visit for all of our clients, children are not permitted in the spa.

Special Conditions

Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

If you are unable join us for their scheduled reservation, please provide at least a 24-hour notice. We do not provide refunds for cancelled/ no show appointments. Spa packages, multiple service reservations, no show, or for parties of three or more are charged at full value for cancellation without appropriate notice. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. Last minute cancellations (4 hours prior to your appointment) will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for spa credit.

Late Arrivals

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and is a courtesy to our Massage Therapists and our other clients. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value.

Communicating with Your Therapist or Esthetician

At Coastal Massage & Bodywork, we specialize in customized treatments that are based on each individual client’s needs. All aspects of our services can be customized, so please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. Also, feel free to ask questions. The best experience always comes from honest, open communication with your therapist.

Inappropriate Behavior

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Services may be pre-paid over the phone or via our online booking software or paid at the time of service. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment.

All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds.

Coupons and Promotions

You may only use one promotion, coupon, and/or special within one visit unless you are receiving multiple single services.
